1. The service
Clubs Manager connects Discord-based recruitment, squad access, scheduling, RSVPs and participation history with a club website and staff controls. The beta is provided without a subscription fee and may change as we learn from participating clubs.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep access secure. Only a person authorized to manage a Discord server may connect that server. Club owners are responsible for the actions of staff they authorize.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Clubs Manager to harass people, collect unlawful or unnecessary personal data, impersonate others, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service or violate Discord's rules. Do not submit confidential game-test material or content you do not have the right to share.
4. Club content and decisions
Clubs retain ownership of their names, crests and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to display and process that material for the service. Recruitment and squad decisions belong to each club; Clubs Manager provides tools and does not act as a player agent, league or governing body.
5. Availability and beta changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. During beta we may modify features, limits or integrations. We will avoid materially harmful changes without notice where reasonably possible.
6. Suspension and termination
You may uninstall the app or request club deletion at any time. We may suspend access to protect members, other clubs, the service or third parties. Removed clubs enter a 30-day recovery window unless immediate deletion is required.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided as available without implied warranties. Clubs Manager is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, club decisions or third-party platform outages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing law and contact
